Beth Yowell of Boston will be inducted into the Bridgewater College Chapter of Lambda Pi Eta, a national communications honors society. The ceremony will take place at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21 in the Carter Center for Music and Worship, located on the college campus. The ceremony is open of the public.
Recognizing scholars within the field of communication studies, Lambda Pi Eta's requirements include a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 in all college courses and a minimum grade point average of 3.25 in all communications courses; ranking in the top 35 percent of the graduating class and a demonstrated commitment to the field of communication studies.
