4-H Junior Garden Club members receiving project pins were: Elizabeth Welch, Kimberly Sealock, Caroline Massie, Devin Day, Carly Day, Tiffany Wayland, Katherine Crawford, and Vickie Padgett.
4-H Poultry Project second year medallions were awarded to Elizabeth Pratt, Brittany Thorpe, and Brooke Thorpe.
In the 4-H Rabbit Project, Devin Day received her third year medallion And Carly Day received her second year medallion.
The 4-H Cloverbud Club members received certificates and pins, and 4-H Honor Club members received their Achievement pins and certificates. 4-H Members of the Amissville 4H Club, The Child Care and Learning Center After School 4-H Club, and the 4-H Cooking and Crafts Club received certificates of recognition. Members in all 4-H clubs received ribbons if they had perfect attendance.
The 4-H Junior Members of the Year were: Jesse Palmer, Kimberly Sealock, Caroline Massie, and Carly Day. Devin Day received the 4-H Senior Member of the Year.

4-H Adult Volunteer Leaders received leader pins for the number of years they have been volunteering in the 4-H program.
First year pins were awarded to Barbara Wheatley, Bruce Jones, Peter Kramer, Martha Kidwell, Connie Payne, and Connie Thomas.
Second year leader pins went to Dr. Derek Vandrey, Michael Besecker, Stan Dye, Elaine Kramer, Eileen Kelly, and Doris Sealock.
Third year leader pins were awarded to Roger Andrews, Hazel Gray, and Vickie Miller.
A fourth year leader pin was awarded to Debbie Massie.
Fifth year leader pins and certificates of recognition went to Becky Thorpe, Lisa Reid, Elizabeth Johns, and Kim Nelson.
Sixth year recognition went to Evelyn Oyster, Sally Havstad, and Sue Garvin.
Ninth year pins were awarded to Kevin Day, Carolyn Emerick, Candy Lamma, Charlotte Nichols, and Lisa Pendelton.
Jim Massie received a tenth year volunteer pin, and seventeenth year pins were awarded to Jennifer Gray and Toni Updike.
Randall Updike received recognition for having been a volunteer leader in the Rappahannock County 4-H Program for 22 years.
