Lions Club music contest
The annual music contest sponsored by the Rappahannock Lions Club on Feb. 29—the Bland Music Contest— is accepting applications from students attending any elementary or high school in Rappahannock or who is home-schooled here. Students do not have to live in Rappahannock to participate. Applications are available at the elementary and high schools, Wakefield School and the Rappahannock County Library.
