Junior Cotillions was recognized by Sen. R. Edward Houck for its contributions in character education, including patriotism and courteous behavior development.
Delegate Ed Scott then recognized NLJC members in the Virginia House of Delegates Gallery. A tour of the Senate Capitol building followed.
