By Kevin Seabrooke Rappahannock News Staff Writer Supervisor Bryant Lee has made a request that YT)OT look into the possibility of speed bumps or rumble strips in the town of Washington. “We need something there to let people know to slow down,” Lee said at Monday’s Board of Supervisors’ meeting. Lee’s district includes the town. YT)OT representative David Cubbage said his office was aware of the situation in Washington and was looking at it routinely. ‘We’ve done several studies,” Cubbage said. “We know there are a lot of pedestrians in town and now there are carriage rides.
