Capital Projects Technician
Two-year temporary position will provide onsite representation during construction of the Claude Moore Recreation Center. Provide technical support during bidding, construction and post construction phases; provide onsite daily presence to monitor, document, and inspect contractors work performance; prepare, provide, and manage voluminous records such as submittals, RFIs, & change orders/ claims; daily construction progress. High School graduation supplemented with building trades course work and at least four (4) years directly related experience in building trades.
