With her love of animals, dinosaurs in particular, and her tomboy attitude, Sidney is a lot like most other five-year oldchildren. She loves to get dirty, and her soft-spoken demeanor gives a hint of the little girl within. Her fierce determination to walk on her own is what separates her from her peers.
Every day she tells her mother, “I’m going to walk Mom,” and her mother’s answer is always a hearty, “I know you are baby. I know.”
Sidney has her own web site: www.sidneydodson.org, where visitors can enjoy photos and news about Sidney’s progress, as well as read what friends and family have to say about her unflagging spirit. The site is also set up to accept donations to help send Sidney back to Poland.
