White said he didn’t like to lose and didn’t want the team to get used to it, though five games in, the season is already starting to feel long.
"What they call their third string, wre call our first,” White said. “We pick the best of what we’ve got. It’s our first varsity year. I’ve only been playing football for two years. These guys have been playing their whole lives. I'Jot taking anything away from them, they’re a really good team.”
Coach Pullm said, “Coach Powell is a class act. I have no doubt he could have beat us 60-0.”
