the classic swing era of Les Paul and Django Reinhardt, especially in interpretations of such standards as “It Might As Well Be Spring,” “Manhattan,” and “Sway.” This music is included in the soon to be released album “66 2/3”, which will be previewed in the upcoming concert.

The original show heard at the Theatre last fall celebrated the Frank and Joe Show’s debut album, “33 1/3”, which, in the words of a Washington Post review, was “a spirited, surprising and sometimes dazzling blend of gypsy jazz, southwest swing, dreamy pop balladry and off-the wall novelties.”

Tickets for the concert at the Theatre on April 30 are $15 for adults and $5 for students 18 and under.

The concert is already well subscribed and reservations are suggested.
