Talk-In Real Estate Boom or Bust The market has already priced most of the middle and low income people out of the market. Folks are wondering how much longer this real estate boom can last? There has been a lot of talk lately about Real Estate babble. Is it about to burst? Prices have risen to an all time high. Where is the market headed? How much higher can prices go? It’s the old question of supply and demand. The best answer I can give you is that as long as supplies are short and you have ready, willing and able buyers who will pay the price we will continue to have a strong upward market. The first sign that this is about to change is a glut of properties on the market as the buyers gradually fade away. Is this about to happen? I don’t see it on the short term horizon! However, that could quickly change if gas prices and interest rates continue to rise as predicted. Stay tuned for further updates. Sam Snead, broker gri, CRS, CRB Locally owned and managed.
