Council member Claudia Mitchell informed council that the town’s web site is nearing completion. Mitchell also made a request to council to actively pursue ways for the town to have all utilities placed underground.
Toggett reported that, with warm weather approaching, the air conditioning unit in Tbwn Hall is in need of repair or replacement. Having reviewed the issue with two vendors, Dodd reported that a new unit could be installed for approximately $2,200.

Council unanimously voted to appropriate up to $3,500 for a new air conditioning system to be installed at Dodd’s discretion of vendors.
