I also feel the need to apologize to Mr. Roger Welch as well, whom I shouldn’t have put on the spot like I did; it wasn’t fair to him or right. I’m also ashamed that I betrayed your trust by passing on false information that if I just hadn’t gotten into such a hurry over I would’ve caught myself. So to you folks as well I feel the need to apologize because I feel that I have wronged you all by this mistake and that was never my intent at all.
With all of these thoughts and considerations in mind I’ve reached the decision that it would be best for myself, my family and most importantly you thekcommunity, if I resign my position as President of the Fire Dept.
