A narrow two-story house sits in Flint Hill, quite unassuming, until a passerby notices the small sign hanging in front.
The sign brings the childhood nursery rhyme ‘Sing a song of sixpence’ to mind, which is exactly what happened in April, 1990 when springtime was blossoming in Rappahannock County — birds singing and flowers blooming, giving Vincent “Vinnie” Deluise and Heidi Morf the perfect name for their restaurant.
