RESPONSIBILITIES: • Job costing & project analysis • Accounts Payable processing including maintaining and processing payment to vendors and reconciling purchase orders. • Aocts Receivable billings, induds generating monthly invoicing to customers. • Month end reconciliations & G/L analysis accruals. • Fixed Asset Tracing & depreciation analysis • Bank Reconciliations of payroll and operating account • Preparation of sales and Use Tax & Personal Property Tax returns • Assist in budget and periodic projections.
QUALIFICATIONS: • BA'BS in Accounting or Finance plus experience in a high volume transaction environment, i.e. project accounting. CMA /CPA a plus. • 3-5 Years full accounting cycle experience (G/L, A/P, A/R) •Detailed oriented and team player with ability to interface with various levels of management. • Work will within deadlines and tight close schedules. • Ability to work on various project concurrently • Excellent computer skills (Advanced Excel and Word). Prior experience with Peachtree, Great Plains. Navision software a plus. • Experience in budgeting and G/L analysis • Preference given to applicants with experience in job costing, i.e. fixed fee. T&M and Cost Plus accounting.
