BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 1o.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 6, 2005 at 7:00 PM. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia in order to consider the following application: SE #05-04-04 David F. and Gracie L. Gillis, owners of 4.5416 acres at 5022 Sperryville Pike, Boston (Tax Map 56, Parcel 5, StonewallHawthorne District, zoned ‘A'-Agricultural and ‘C’ Conservation) desire a Special Exception permit to amend SE 99-12-03 issued February 7, 2000 to change the occupancy limit from six to eight persons for their residential care facility. Permit amendment allowed under Section 17036B of the Rappahannock County Code with additional standards under Section 170-63J of the Code. A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at 7:30 PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
