Deltec homes
Most of the Deltec home designs are circular, giving the homeowner an opportunity to enjoy panoramic views, which is exactly what the Rushford’s wanted.
“As soon as I saw it, I was hooked,” Greg Rushford said, “It has big windows and the view fits our lot.”
The nine-acre tract that the Rushfords purchased is surrounded by magnificent tall pines on two sides and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains can be seen through the hardwoods behind the house.
It took Ellis’ crew, with the assistance of a Deltec representative, Tbny Richardson, just over two days to complete the flooring of the 2,100 sq. ft. home, which is situated just over the foundation.
