PRESIDENT & COO
Imaging Acceptance Corporation (IAC), Warrenton, VA., a leading provider of document management and conversion services, is seeking a president /COO to be responsible for the day to day operations of the company. The position will report to the CEO of IAC and will have profit and loss responsibility for lAC's operations.
Qualifications: • Proven leadership and experience at the executive level with cross organizational and P&L responsibilities within software / technology based organization(s). • Strong operations background and a demonstrated capability of providing production leadership relative to initiating and managing efficient processes, people and productivity. • Knowledgeable with information technology including data capture and electronic management of data. • Experience with creating and leading marketing and customer strategies at an executive level. • Background with document scanning and coding and the creation of electronic document systems, highly desirable. • Current experience in working with major government contractors in the Washington, DC area, most helpful. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Minimum of an undergraduate degree. * • Resides or willing to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Warrenton, VA • A demonstrated growth potential that would allow movement to the CEO position based upon proven performance at IAC.
