Camerata Cantores
celebrates Lenten Season
In keeping with the Lenten Season, Camerata Cantores, along with the brass ensemble, Brass Classique, will present two performances of “With a Voice of Singing”, a program of sacred music. The first concert will take place at Leeds Episcopal Church in Markham on Saturday, Mar. 18 at 7:30 pm. This will be followed by a second concert at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Culpeper on Sunday, Mar. 19 at 4:00pm.
The program will feature selections of sacred choral music spanning the ages from the Sixteenth century to the present
Under the direction of Helen Dill, Camerata Cantores has performed in the Northern Piedmont region for the past 15 years and during this time has developed a repertoire ranging from Renaissance, Baroque and classical vocal music to spirituals, contemporary compositions and selections from musical theatre. Along the way, the ensemble has enjoyed a devoted and growing audience of appreciative fans.
Because Dill and her husband Richard who conducts Brass Classique plan to move later in the spring, this will be the last season for the ensemble to perform. Two final concerts scheduled for June will bring to an end this fifteen-year histoiy of outstanding choral music.

Join the Rappahannock Camp Club
The members of the Rappahannock Camp Club have been busy at work this year.
They have already held a Spaghetti Dinner for the public and have done trash pick-ups along the road in Flint Hill. They also plan to hold a car wash in Rappahannock once the weather permits. Although working hard to give back to the community, the members also plan on enjoying a snow tubing and skiing trip to Massanutten in early March and a Bowling and Movie night together later in the year.
