The March 9 meeting of the Architectural Review Board(ARB) voted to refer to the Washington Planning Commission a proposed to change the ARB’s purview so that it would not include paint colors.
“It’s difficult to consider paint architecture,” said ARB Chairman Patrick O’Connell.
