The object of this suit is to quiet title of C. Frederick Kohler III, Paul A. Gall, Lindsay Eastham, James Gregory Merritt and Kathleen Hutcheson, Trustees of the Episcopal Church of Bromfield Parish. Plaintiffs, in a certain tract of land that is more particularly described by deed dated July 15, 1909 between Patsey Cliffen and Defendants recorded amongst the land records of this Court on July 15, 1909 in Deed Book Y at Page 181 and shown as “Odd Fellows Lot" on a survey by John G. Cargill. LLS. Dated September 17, 1967 and recorded in Deed Book 90, page 39A, all of which is more particularly recited in the Complaint filed amongst the papers of this cause, said land alleged to have been obtained and acquired by the Plaintiffs and their predecessors in title by adverse possession thereof for a period in excess of fifteen (15) years. An affidavit having been made and filed that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of the suit who are not residents of the State of Virginia, that due diligence by or on behalf of Plaintiffs has been used to ascertain in what county or city such Defendants reside, without effect, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject of this cause whose names are unknown, by virtue of being successors in interest of the following:

Trustees of the Rising Hope Lodge #2397, Grand United Order of Odd Fellows and

Trustees for Neptune Household of Ruth #708, Grand United Order of Odd Fellows;

Joseph L. Grayson, Benjamin J. Hunter and Robert Brown, Trustees for Rising Hope Lodge #2397, Grand United Order of Odd Fellows;

Phelbert S. Green, Bruce S. Green and Taylor Jackson, Trustees for Neptune Household of Ruth #708, Grand United Order of Odd Fellows;

• It is ordered that the said persons who are made Defendants by the general description of the other defendants of the other defendants described herein as “PARTIES UNKNOWN," do appear on or before June 12. 2006 and do what is necessary to protect their interests herein.

It is further ordered that the foregoing be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock. State of Virginia, that a copy be posted at the front door of this Court House of said Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication and that the Clerk file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
