nock County at the present is controlling growth while maintaining the balance between the fundamentals of the county and economic feasibility. We are constantly faced with the increased real estate development in surrounding counties and the decreased support from our state government. This decrease in support from the state government directly impacts the financial demands placed on the local taxpayer. I would strive hard to focus on the balance between the preservation of our county and the need for excellence in education and local highway improvements.
