Spring Semester is now underway: April 17-July 2. These classes are all levels and designed for the beginner as well as the more experienced yoga practitioner. Please drop in at any time; your first class is free!
Classes are Monday, 9:30-11 a.m. (Maiy, Kit), Wednesday, 67:30 p.m. (Mary, Janice) and Friday, 9:30-11 a.m. (Mary/Janice).
