In the past the school has used a portable trailer for the concession stand. It was towed out to the field area for each game. Last year the press box was a platform constructed by temporary scaffolding. “It was kind of a rinky-dinky thing that blew over last year in a big wind,” Hogan said.
Plans for the new press box show that it will be wired with electricity to power the equipment used during the game. It provides ample space to record video footage of the games, operate the P.A. system, and run the clock and scoreboard.
