As always, I want to experiment with this basic recipe. I want to add a bit of yellow com meal, some additional seasoning, like Old Bay, and try to make a faux crab cake. Might even try taking a small boneless fish fillet and run it through the blender and add that as my faux crab.
Don’t know how that will turn out, but my bride has already informed me she ain’t eating it. Guess I’ll have to try it on Mikey. He’ll eat anything.
