When asked what the Rappahannock RoughRide meant to Strange he replied, “It means people get a nice day in Rappahannock County, and it generates income for the clinics.”
And that is really what this is all about. He says that the Rappahannock clinic is set up to help between 10-12 patients a week, but they are only getting about two or three. “We could actually use more patients,” he said. “We would be delighted to take in more people.”
The clinic is open the first and third Wednesday where people can walk in and get treatment if they qualify from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with no appointment needed.
