Develop tour/performance packages and work with other organizations to create opportunities. Manage staff,; budget and meet revenue through programs, entrances fees, concessions and rentals. Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plan for center. Establish contacts with performing arts groups, arts professionals and schools, civic organizations and other sources of volunteers. Requires a flexible work schedule to include evenings and weekends. Requires bachelor's degree in theater, leisure service or related field, and 3 years directly related work experience, which must include program and facility management and supervisory experience.
