Special to the Rappahannock News | Each year for more years than anyone can remember, the Rippahannock County volunteers trek up to the 4-H Center high in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Front Royal to sponsor an evening fiesta of fun, gifts, dancing, swimming, rides and games, with good food lovingly provided for about 100 young children with cancer.

This now much-anticipated event, known as “Rappahannock Night” at Camp Fantastic, is sponsored by a number of organizations in the county.
