David Leroy McVicar, 59 of Amissville, died Aug. 14, at the Fauquier Hospital.
He was bom March 28, 1947 in Memphis, Mich., a son of the late Duncan and Sophie McVicar.
Mr. McVicar worked as a construction contractor.
He is survived by his wife and companion- Peggy Griffith: two daughters- Amy McVicar and Melissa McVicar; his siblings- Shirley Schroudt, Mary Tucker, Kenny, Danny, Ron, Madeline and Bernard McVicar.
