During the interview portion of the pageant, Casey told the judges she had aspirations of becoming a model and movie star and of obtaining a business degree from the College of William and Mary, where she’s enrolled to begin coursework this fall.
“I’m very excited to go,” she said. “I want to focus on school for a while, hopefully study communications there.”
Even with four years of college ahead of her, Casey says her pageant days are far from over. Following college, she plans to compete for the title of Miss USA, an experience she imagines would be “unbelievable.”
“You win Miss USA, people become huge celebrities,” she said. “Your life is set.”
