Fight at the Flint
Hill Carnival
Christina Whitaker and Julie Fincham, both 23-years - old, were arrested the night of August 19 for fighting in a parking lot at the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department carnival.
According to the Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office, the two women got into an argument that escalated into a physical fight.
The RCSO obtained for both women emergency protective orders barring them from contact with one another and charged them both with assault and battery.
Both women were released on their own recognizance. Whitaker is from Amissville and Fincham does not have a known address.
