Previous sales experience in hotels and/or conference center a plus.

RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM SUPERVISOR
MH/MR/SAS
Assume responsibility for operation and staff supervision of five MR group homes from 5:00pm Friday to 9:00am Monday. Responsible to meet with each weekday Group Home Supervisor, Group Home Operations Manager and MR Medical Manager each Friday and Monday to provide and receive issues, concerns and documentation. Schedule a minimum of once daily site visits for each of the five group homes on both Saturday and Sunday. Thorough knowledge of Medicaid plans, regulations, licensure requirements, medication administration and documentation for group home residents as well as a demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage crises situations. Previous experience working with MR population required. Bachelors degree psychology, social work, special education or related field and 4 years related experience. Contingent on satisfactory results of verification of past and/or current education. TB screening, driving record, valid driver's license, and a criminal background check.
