group walked up to the World Trade Center site and toured the very moving Tribute Center museum.
Alter lunch and a bit of shopping at the Hard Rock Cafe on Times Square, the group headed to the Astor Place Theater for a performance of the Blue Man Group.
The band members are very grateful to the Curriculum Enrichment Program for their help - it was an inspiring and amazing show. A couple of band members and their director were included in the performance.
The group also had the opportunity to tour the Empire State Building, had a very brief shopping visit to Macy^ and spent a couple of hours chillin’ in Central Park, visiting John Lennon’s “Strawberry Fields” memorial.
This was an unforgettable trip and a great reward for all the hard work by these terrific students and their director.
