Last week, students in I>r Gresser’s AP Physics class demonstrated the fruits ol their recent labor, which was the fulfillment of an assignment to design and construct a miniature roller coaster. The winning entry was the “Sweet Surprise,” a candy-themed roller coaster created by Dan Carrier, Ben Lebeau and Junilson Brito. It featured a variety of loops, and a track that went under a layer of green Jello. The winning team took the coaster to King's Dominion to compete in a statewide competition.
