“22.1-98.2, “Certain agreements; adjustment of state share for basic aid” - Amend the law to allow school divisions with 1,200 or fewer students participate in agreements with other school divisions for the purpose of saving money in return for obtaining a more favorable Local Composite Index (LCI), the state’s school funding mechanism.
