A meeting of the county finance committee was held in the Courthouse on Thursday, February 2The county finances for the fiscal year 1950-’51 were discussed at this time. The committee plans to hold another meeting later on in the month. Those who attended were James M. Settle, R. L. Brown, Q. D. Casque, A. C. Latham, R. V. Snead, Mrs. W. A. Buntin, Mrs. R. V. Snead, and G. W. Smith.
