Barksdale of Flint Hill is Chairman of the Rappahannock Agronomy Advisory Committee. As member of this committee, Mr. Barksdale helps plan the goals printed elsewhere in this issue. At the time this picture was taken, Mr. Barksdale was practicing what his committee is preaching; he^ artcf a couple of his men were grabbing off an old nonproductive pasture which, after gotton in shape, will be seeded to Orchard Grass and Ladino Clover.
