Our boys held their fourth F.F.A. meeting Wednesday, February 1, in their agricultural class room. The meeting was called to order by our president, Junior Martin. There were 37 boys present. It was decided by the fnajority present to change our pig club from pure bred Berkshires to pure 'bred Duroc Jerseys. It was also voted to use our chapter funds to purchase several Hampshire ewe lambs in the spring. These lambs will be given to F.F.A. boys who will in turn give back one lamb the first year. These lambs will be distributed among other F.F.A. boys. This sclub will operate simil^rl’^ to -oigf- pig club. It is felt that there is a definite need for the improvement of sheep in Rappahannock county. The’ idea of this club is not to make "money, but to gi'’e more boys an opportunity to- get started with some good quality sheep.
New-bill Miller and Billy Putnam ate now sporting a new F. F. A. buckle and ring.
