And it further appearing that there are or may he persons interested in the s eject to be disposed of in this suit whose names and addresses are unknown,

It is therefore ordered that they do appear within ten days after the due publication of this order, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, ami do what is necessary to protect their, interests.

It is further ordered that this order he published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock X e w s, a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia and having general circulation in the Co nty of Rappahannock, Vrginia. ,

And it is further ordered that a copy of this order be posted at the. front door of the Court-’ house of_ the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, on or before the next succeeding Rule Day, and that a copy of this order be mailed to each of the defendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit.
