For 4-H Camp
4-H Day Camp will be July 17th-21st at Camp Hazel River, Boston, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. This is for children 7 to 12 years old. Activities included will be swimming, crafts, woodworking, archery, canoeing, art and music. Campers are to bring a bag lunch each day; drinks will be provided by the camp. The cost is $5.00 for the entire week. Car pools will be arranged if a ride cannot be furnished.
4-H Overnight Camp will be July 24-28th at Powell's Fort in the George Washington National Forest. This is for students who were in school grades 4th through 7th. Children who are 9 and in the 3rd grade will be allowed to attend if the quota is not filled by the 4th through 7th graders. Included in the activities offered are swimming, crafts, archery, nature study, athletic events and camp fire circle The cost is $30.00.
