BETWEEN SHOWERS SATURDAY a number of interested persons gathered at the gardens of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Bailey in Amissville to learn about organic gardening. Various aspects of gardening were touched on and it was evident that Mr. Bailey’s methods are paying off. The rich dark soil had already produced healthy green peas which were in bloom, vigorous onions grown from plants and mature radishes with hardly any tops.
