If the Flint Hill gun group can load their guns in 3 seconds, as Mr. Welch stated at the hearing, why are they against the gun ordinance?

It seems that the Flint Hill Hunting Gub “protesteth too much”...it’s logical that the loaded gun ordinance will help both the Rappahannock hunter and landowner.
Why is the club opposing this ordinance? Could they be some of the ones dr! j down the road at 5 mpk.
