Articles taken from homes burglarized in ' Rappahannock County have been recovered in Spotsylvania County after a raid and search of a rural home there on May 9. The discovery culminated an intensive investigation by State ATF Agents and officers of Stafford and Spotsylvania counties.
Arrested were Barry Kevin Buchannan, Kenny Lee Armstrong, Kerry Lee Morgan and William Francis Chandler, Jr. A fifth subject may also be involved.
Three men have been apprehended and several charges made against them in Stafford and Spotsylvania. Charges are pending in Rappahannock, Madison and Orange for thefts or possession of stolen goods, according to Deputy R. D. Hawkins of Rappahannock.
An undercover ATF agent gained the confidence of the subjects and purchased 33 rifles and shotguns from one of them. This led to adequate evidence for the issuance of a
