The Twenty-second Annual House Tour of historic and interesting homes and buildings in the Rappahannock County area will be held on the weekend of October 21 and 22. The tour, which also features the popular Dried Flower Sale, is sponsored each year by the Episcopal Churchwomen of Bromfield Parish. Tour and flower sale headquarters will be Trinity Church in Washington. The tour and dried flower sale, supplemented by the magnificent sight of the mountainous country-side ablaze with fall colon, usually produces large numben of visiton to the area, not only from all over Virginia, but also from as far away as Ohio, Indiana, and South Carolina.
At least eight buildings will be opened this year including “Stoneledge,” the handsome new home of Mr. and Mrs. Sydney Mank. Built in the contemporary design, the two-story structure blends perfectly into its forested mountainside environment. Of particular interest is the
