Futrell, Jr., guidance director at Rappahannock Cdunty High School, has announced that juniors will be able to join over one million other students around the world in taking the Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude TestNational Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSATNMSQT) this fall.
