Virginia Tech in Blacksburg will be able to count on $1.25 million dollars in federal funds for the staffing and equipment of a new regional school of veterinary medicine if regional authorities give the final go-ahead for its establishment, according to Seventh District Congressman J. Kenneth Robinson.
The Congressman, who serves on the House agriculture appropriations subcommittee and who got the funding added to the 1979 agricultural appropriations bill just cleared for the President by the Congress, reports:
