Guests for a week of Dr. and Mrs. Robert Rodgers were Mr. and Mrs. Paul Warden and Mr. and Mrs. Royal Stephenson of McKinney, Texas. With the Rodgers, they were sightseeing in Fredericksburg, Charlottesville and Washington, D.C. Mrs. John Humphries of Alexandria was a guest of her parents, the Rodgers, from Sunday through Tuesday.
Miss Tammy Settle and H. A. Newlin of Sperryville were in Luray Sunday evening to attend a promotional dinner for Trooper Dwight Gochenour who was promoted to Sergeant and moving to Williamsburg.
