4*H has grown in Rappahannock County in the past year to 4-H Clubs in two grades in the Elementary School. The 4th grade is enrolled in Introduction to 4H while tfie 5th grade is working on the Entomology Project.
Five new project Clubs have been organized which include two Horse and Pony Clubs, A Senior Home Economics Gub, a Junior Wildlife Gub in Chester Gap and a Livestock Club.
The Chester Gap girls’ 4-H Club is still the strongest and has been organized for four years. They are currently working on the Foods With An International Flavor project and beginning sewing for the younger girls.
