LIONS AND SPOUSES spent Monday cutting apples to make apple butter for their fall sales. After a day of preparation (another group took the second shift) they gathered at Criglersville cannery to turn out the finished product using an old Rappahannock recipe. The Lions will operate their sales booth in front of the school bus shop on Route 211 the weekends of October 21 and 22 and October 28 and 29.
