This district consists of all land areas having slopes in excess of 14 per cent. The purpose and intent is to protect the rugged steep terrain from erosion; to preserve and utilize the natural scenery associated with such terrain; to protect and preserve the forest and wildlife; to protect and preserve water source and quality.
