Hart
Virginia Lee Hart, infant daughter of Gary Lee and Gloria Fincham Hart of Winchester, died January 18 in the University of Virginia Hospital at Charlottesville. The infant was bom January 6, 1979 in Winchester.
A funeral service was held January 20, from Jones Funeral Home in Winchester. Interment was in Greenhill Cemetery at Berryville.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry C. Jenkins of Flint Hill; a brother, James William Hart at home, and one sister, Teresa Irene Hart, at home.
Highway Projects
Contractors have been asked by the State Department of Highways and Transportation to offer bids on February 28 for resurfacing 661 miles of secondary roads and light-duty primary highways in the Culpeper District.
About 17.8 million gallons of bituminous material and 625,000 tons of cover stone will be used to resurface a total of more than 5,300 miles of roads throughout the state. Additional bids for resurfacing will be received in March.
